I have been into the paranormal since I was a kid. I have enjoyed all kinds of topics such as the Loch Ness Monster and UFOs. However one of my favorites of all time has got to be the big guy “bigfoot”. Bigfoot is always been one of those hot topics which people completely do not believe in or are completely devoted to finding it. Not only is the topic hot blooded but so are the different character types within the Sasquatch community. The community has it all, from true believers to the individual's who are in it to make a fast buck. There are even a number of infamous individuals who are complete hoaxers and proud of it. The topic of Bigfoot is hot at the moment and everyone seems to have his or her thoughts on the subject. This blog is my take on recent Bigfoot sightings reports and alleged evidence found. Whether Bigfoot/Sasquatch is real or not really doesn’t make a difference, it’s still quite a story to ponder. From the indigenous Indians to modern times Bigfoot is the shining star of the Cryptozoology world. Is bigfoot real, you decide!

Top 10 Reasons Bigfoot Is Fake

This article is about the top ten reasons Bigfoot is not real. Bigfoot, often referred to as Sasquatch, is a big and hairy humanoid with a very special taste for the outdoorsy life. Some say Bigfoot is just an overgrown hominid. Others believe he's some sort of Yeti or animal-human hybrid. Some have even suggested that he's Santa Claus under all that hair. Despite the fact that there's no hard evidence to prove Bigfoot exists at all, a few people are still convinced he's out there... lurking in the shadows.

Bigfoot has been the focus of much controversy in recent years, as new researchers continue to search for proof of his existence. Regardless of the evidence, most academics believe that Bigfoot is purely a myth.

Some of the common traits of Bigfoot include:

- humongous feet

- abundant body hair

- a long, hairy, ape-like face

- a body covered in dark reddish or brown hair

- wide, flat feet with 5 toes on each foot

- an unusually strong odor

- a large, low-set forehead

- a pronounced brow ridge above the eyes

Top 10 Reasons Bigfoot Is Fake

How does Bigfoot live? Is he a territorial animal? Well, since there's no solid proof of his existence, we're not 100% sure. However, some experts say Bigfoot lives in forests and near streams (probably because he's into nature), and others insist that he resides within caves or swamps. It's also believed that he makes his home in the Northern California region of North America. He spends most of his time alone (or with other Bigfoots), but it's rumored that he occasionally resides with a family in the wilderness.

In any case, it's all just speculation and these are the 10 best reasons Bigfoot might not actually exist.

1.       Bigfoot is a hoax.

2.       If Bigfoot was real then there would be a lot more verified sightings (i.e., multiple people who have seen the same exact image or video footage).

3.       There are no records of Bigfoot sightings; therefore, it is impossible for a creature to be living in North America today that hasn't been seen before.

4.       There are many fake Bigfoot photos online and in videos that have no resemblance to the Bigfoot creatures people believe exist.

5.       Bigfoot pictures are taken from a distance and are blurry.

6.       Many Bigfoot sightings are from people who claim that they saw Bigfoot walking through their back yard, etc… and ended up spotting something else (i.e., a deer, dog, etc.). These claims look very convincing on the surface but when you look in the background of these photos or videos you can see that someone has been standing somewhere nearby for the entire time that the sighting happens and is wearing something similar to what people believe is a Bigfoot costume (e.g., over-sized pants, large boots with tall heels).

7.       Bigfoot pictures are tricky because they have to be staged so they can look like Bigfoot.

8.       In many cases, Bigfoot hunters are just looking for a creature to find and photograph.

9.       There are many different types of animals who live in North America which have similar attributes to what people identify as the Bigfoot creature (i.e., height, weight, hair color, and length). These animals include large primates and bears.

10.   Most Bigfoot sightings come from Bigfoot hunters.

Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization

What is the bigfoot field researchers organization? There are many organizations that study Bigfoot. The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) is one of the most well-known. Founded in 1995 by researcher Matt Moneymaker, it has more than 2,000 members and investigates claims of Bigfoot sightings around the world as well as creating a database to track these reports. The organization currently has chapters in twenty-seven states and three countries across the world: Canada, Australia, and England.

Each chapter has unpaid members who investigate Bigfoot sightings. The organization also has a professional staff, including a director (Matt Moneymaker), a technical adviser, and field researchers. Why are there so many organizations that study Bigfoot? The need to study Bigfoot existed long before the BFRO was founded. Many organizations were created over the years, each with its own mission statement and purpose. Some groups focused on eyewitness accounts and others on proving its existence scientifically. All these factors created different approaches to the same question: What is Bigfoot? No two people interested in studying Bigfoot are necessarily studying the same thing, yet all of them fall under the category of bigfoot research.

Each organization has its own unique angle or way of investigating the creature. For example, some groups focus on examining footprints and recording audio from possible vocalizations. This information is then shared with the public to create awareness about Bigfoot or prove its existence to skeptics. Other groups go directly to where people have reported seeing Bigfoot and try to capture it for study. Some organizations even try a combination of the two strategies. Where is this information found? There are many different sources of information available to those who want to study Bigfoot. The BFRO database keeps records of sightings worldwide; more than 3,000 reports are included in their database.

Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization

Most researchers use either of these two types of online resources: The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) Photograph Directory, or the International Congress on Cryptozoology. Both contain hundreds of photos and reports about sightings worldwide. In addition, these websites have been known to share photos and other information between them over the internet. Are there other groups that study Bigfoot? Of course, there are. There are any number of individuals and organizations who study Bigfoot for various reasons, ranging from entertainment to scientific discovery. What are the most important goals of bigfoot field researcher’s organization? The BFRO wants to educate people about bigfoot through their research and investigation tasks, so they can become better equipped to recognize it when they see it.

The BFRO conducts interviews with witnesses who have claimed to see a Bigfoot to determine veracity of their report. It creates maps showing areas where sightings have been reported or where there are clusters of sightings that may be worth further consideration... The BFRO also examines historical records of Bigfoot sightings. The BFRO issues a newsletter, sometimes known as "The Track Record". It contains reports on ongoing research projects, personal sightings, interviews with researchers and individuals who have had sighting experiences. The organization also has a “Citizen Science” program, where any member of the public can submit their own sighting reports for personal use by the organization.

  •          The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization was founded in 1995 by researcher Matt Moneymaker.
  •          The BFRO is a membership-based organization, with thousands of members in the United States, Canada, Australia, and England.
  •          The BFRO currently has 26 chapters and reports hundreds of sightings each year.
  •          There are many different quality Bigfoot sightings each year, including hundreds of footprints and hair samples on file for study.
  •         Unexplained sounds are also reported to be heard by research teams in the backcountry throughout the United States and Canada as well as in New Zealand and Japan.

Capture Bigfoot In Oklahoma

I am sure that you have heard about the infamous Sasquatch aka Bigfoot. It is said that this creature has been spotted from time to time in various states like Colorado, Oregon, and Texas. But what about Oklahoma? Have there been any sightings of this beast in our state? No one really knows for sure, but I would love to find out! Could the big, hairy legend of Sasquatch and other cryptids be hiding in Oklahoma? That's what some people believe could be happening, given the number of sightings reported in the area.

Oklahoma lawmaker Justin Humphrey, a member of the state's House of Representatives, introduced a bill at the beginning of the year (Jan) to establish a Bigfoot hunting season. The legislator's district in southeastern Oklahoma ranks among the top 10 places for Bigfoot sightings. That's one reason why the local town of Honobia annually hosts a Bigfoot festival to take place this year on October 1 and 2. Rep. Under the legislation, the commission would be required to set annual season dates and create necessary hunting licenses and fees. Humphrey’s proposed legislation, perhaps unsurprisingly, died in committee. While Bigfoot hunting season never came to pass, Rep. Humphrey has at least succeeded in bringing more attention to his neck of the woods.

The legislation was intended to promote tourism in Humphrey’s heavily wooded district in southeast Oklahoma. The area reportedly boasts the ninth most Bigfoot sightings in the world. "Humphrey said he is convinced, after hearing so many stories of the creature, that Oklahoma is a haven for Sasquatch.

Sasquatch is supposedly a large, hairy ape-like creature that live in the forests of North America. It is often described as having a strong smell and making loud screams or howls. There have been many sightings of Bigfoot across North America and other parts of the world. Since the 1950s, there have been many sightings of Bigfoot. Scientists have also been involved in studying Bigfoot evidence. The first extensive scientific study of Bigfoot was conducted by Dr. Grover Krantz, a psychologist from the University of California, Berkeley. In 1967 Krantz conducted a survey on what people believed about Bigfoot before he ever heard any evidence that they actually existed. The results from the survey show that many people had wild ideas about what exactly a Bigfoot was and therefore some people were skeptical about whether or not they were real at all.

Bigfoot has become popular in pop culture such as movies such as "Harry and the Henderson's" (1987),  "Harry and the Hendersons" (2003 TV Series) etc. These legends of Bigfoot began in the 1800s and they continue to this day. There are many pictures and videos of Bigfoot, but they are usually fake. Also, there are some places where visitors can go to try to spot Bigfoot in the wild. Many people think that these creatures exist while others believe that they are just myths or legends.

So finally if your a believer or not what is your opinion about the existence of Sasquatch. Bigfoot are also called the Abominable Snowman, Yeti, Yeti of Borneo, Mokausk or Almas. While the name "Bigfoot" is used by most of those who believe that creatures fitting that description exist, it is not a scientific name.

The argument against Bigfoot goes something like this: If Bigfoot exists then there should be evidence that it does exist. Well that evidence is pretty difficult to come by. The most important point is that the existence of the Sasquatch is not positively proven. Rationally speaking, there are no reasons to think that any of the many stories reported of Bigfoot are true. However, there are plenty of psychological and sociological reasons to support the belief in Bigfoot. When people come across a creature they have no idea how it got there or anything about its origins. They have no rational explanation for it but they have an emotional one so they believe in it

Just because you believe something does not mean that you will accept evidence against your belief. Which is why I use the word "believe" instead of "accept" because it is not something that can be proven through scientific research or even through logic.
